The Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR) has published a consultation paper on Risk management principles for UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investments in Transferable Securities). This is normally a step before a new guideline by CESR is issued. The results of this consultation should apply to both asset management companies and investment companies that have not designated a management company (self-managed UCITS). (The Consultation Paper)
